When you subscribe to AIRpass, a monthly fee will be added to your account, and your security deposit will be credited to cover your next month's rent. It's that easy!

Upon joining AIRpass, your deposit is returned to your resident ledger, marking the beginning of your deposit-free experience.

Your monthly subscription is nonrefundable.

Yes, you may cancel your subscription with 30 days written notice. If you cancel, you must repay your full security deposit. 

If you choose to move out, your subscription will be cancelled, and you will receive a statement for any balance remaining on your account.
